The public guided tours in the Marta Herford take place regularly, usually on the weekend, and do not require booking (only available in German).

Learn about the artists and their works with one of our knowledgeable guides, who’ll be delighted to answer all your questions!

An opportunity to explore architecture past and present!
This tour explains the fascinating history of Marta’s architecture – from the original design up to the finished building.
Please dress according to the weather.

Every second Thursday of the month: 3 to 5 p.m. (only available in German)
This leisurely tour through the current exhibition (mobile seating provided) is an opportunity for visitors to explore and discuss selected works. You can then share your impressions afterwards over a hot drink and cake in Marta’s kupferbar café (included in the price).
